The very nature of our work means that sometimes we have to deliver goods over a certain weight limit, which is why we run a Two Person Delivery Service. We carry essential lifting equipment like sack trucks and pallet trucks, but sometimes another pair of hands is needed to help with loading on collection and offloading on delivery.
Our Two Person Delivery Service comes in handy for consignments of larger, heavier items, or goods that are awkward to manoeuvre. We are fully trained and compliant with health and safety procedures when moving heavy or large items and will always handle your shipment with the utmost care. This service is particularly useful for heavier industrial items and for large pieces of furniture – it is popular with auction houses for post-sale deliveries.
Proof of Delivery
We will always obtain proof of delivery, whichever service you use. We request the signatories full name, the time and the date that the goods were accepted in good condition and signed for. We then email a copy of the POD (Proof of Delivery) to you.
